This Policy applies to the rules of processing personal data and "cookies" and refers to the www.ecoglassworks.com website, operated by the Packaging Production Plant mgr inż. Łukasz Fistek with its registered office in Tarnów
We would like to inform you that the collection and processing of personal data provided by persons using the website www.ecoglassworks.com is done in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (the Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
Data processing at the organization is done:
a) for the performance of contracts concluded with clients (including, inter alia, the execution of orders, settlements or delivery of purchased goods). The basis for the processing is its necessity for performing the contract (Article 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR);
b) to handle complaints and any other claims. The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator (Article 6, section 1 letter f of the GDPR), consisting in securing information on cooperation in order to handle any possible claims;
c) for analytical or statistical purposes. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR, which consists in using financial and sales analyses for internal reporting and determining optimal directions of company development;
d) to direct marketing content to third parties by the Data Administrator. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR, consisting in the submission of offers and cooperation proposals for permanent and possible clients who agreed to submit such offers in the form of a newsletter.
We declare that personal data provided in the order form is protected against loss, destruction, disclosure, access by unauthorized persons or against its improper use and are secured in accordance with our personal data security policy.
What are "cookies" and what are they necessary for?
“Cookies" should be understood as computer data, in particular text files, stored in end-user devices intended for the use of websites. These files allow for recognition of the user's device and proper personalized display of the website for the user.
“Cookies" are part of the HTTP protocol used for communication of an Internet server with the browser and consist of: a key specifying the name of the value, value and lifetime after which the browser should delete the "cookie" file.
Do "cookies" contain personal data?
